FIELD PLAYERS
Our field player program imitates training and expectations players will need if considering a college soccer career. Field players are trained in the proper techniques for shooting, heading, dribbling, passing and defending. They are then put into highly competitive 1v1, 4v4, and 11v11 games to develop these techniques under pressure.
GOALKEEPER PROGRAM
Our objective is to create a training environment that challenges all levels of goalkeeping. There will be both a technical and tactical emphasis to the program that will cover shot stopping, footwork, hand positioning, fitness, diving, handling crosses and corner kicks and more. Technical training will be accompanied by game-related, competitive goalkeeping activities and games. Training time periods will be allotted for goalkeeper specific training, and then goalkeepers will join the field players for finishing exercises, small-sided games and full-sided games in order to apply concepts to live game situations.
